News: Bengals QB Carson Palmer sat out practice Thursday for a second straight day as he continues to deal with a right shoulder injury. Palmer should be able to take the field on Friday, however, as Cincinnati prepares for its Week 10 game at Indianapolis. He expects to play against the Colts. "I'm definitely going to go, but (I'm) just getting a couple days of rest on it," Palmer said.
Analysis: Palmer has an 11-to-5 touchdown-to-interception ratio over his last five games, and while he can have his rough patches at times, the veteran has forged a great relationship with WR Terrell Owens, who now leads all Fantasy receivers. This matchup against the Colts isn't a great one for QBs though, as Indy is easy to run against, so start Palmer as just a No. 2 option for Week 10. He should be fine to play on Sunday.
