Hester-Ridley both get the tough yards...great competitors; Dorsey-Nevis both studs who dominate and command double teams...All Americans; help me out here...

Both seasons had a victory against Bama that was greatly influenced by a QB fumble, Chad in 07 and Drake in 10.

JL effective like Perriloux coming in and making plays, although totally different styles of play.

PP big threat in kick returns like Trindon.

Les Miles orchestrating gut wrenching wins.

I'd say they were complete opposites. Offense won games in 2007...Defense is winning games in 2010.

The 2010 team is far more comparable to the 2003 team, IMHO.

actually I think this one has the better D, the '07 D was slightly overrated IMO.

Probably not quite up to PP's level but Craig Steltz was a beast

Corey Webster and/or Randall Gay at DB take your pick.

Eric Alexander and/or Cameron Vaughan at LB take your pick.

CWeb would be the PP comparison. Gay lost his starting job.

Lionel Turner, the defense's QB, is the best comparison (cue Jack Hunt fans)
