It's what fans do over react from one extreme to the other. The win was great for a confidence boost. They have found a Quarterback for now but I remain very cautiously opptimistic. Remember 08 after Auburn we thought we had found a QB too. Admittedly he looks much better let's hope we coninute to improve and stop the damn turnover trend.

Obviously Les is a frustrating coach in a number of ways, espescially when things don't work. Also, you can say UF is down this year, etc.

Bottom line, we finally outplayed a team of similar talent in a hostile environment, something we have not done over the last two years and a game that was universally written off as a loss.

UF is our nemisis, and still a powerful program. This was a huge win and one we could have had by 2 or 3 touchdowns.

This was a big win, we're going to be 7-0, and still have a lot of room for improvement. This is good stuff...

"If"
If I was born a Rockefeller or a Hilton or a Vanderbilt, I'd be a rich motherfricker traveling the world, actually attending the games every Sat., sitting in a skybox surrounded by beautiful women catering to my every need and desire.

But I wasn't so I guess I'll just have to be content with who I really am. Just like I have to be content with 6-0 vs whatever, cuz that's reality!

u may say that in jest but a lot of tiger lemmings here believe that. sad thing is that they never watch other teams play. OSU is the only team that hasn't struggled.

Time management, and most of the other criticism wouldn't exist if he'd play the right QB. He is sorta weird, but you can't change that. I kinda think he's funny.

Hey, I never said we suck, wasn't implying it either. I just think we have been really lucky and sooner or later that luck is going to run out. My post was in reaction to some people saying that Les doesn't deserve any criticism and that he is suddenly (because of the Fla win) some kind of genius.

There are no "ifs" in college football.

There are only did you do what you had to do to win or didn't you.

LSU did 6 times in 6 games and that's not luck. That's ability and you insult your team, if LSU is your team, by trying to discredit their effort by claiming it was little more than luck.

Oh c'mon guys. We barely beat a mediocre Fla team and all the sudden Les is a genius? Paleeze! If UNC tight end doesn't drop TWO passes in the endzone, we lose. If Tennessee's coach doesn't "outdummy" our coach, we lose. On a botched fake, if the ball goes one INCH forward, we lose. We are lucky to be where we are. Let's see if Les's luck holds up for the Aub, Ala, and Arky run.

Doesn't matter if it's your first post or #1000 - it's still a bullshite post. And you're no better than some of the other bullshite artists that post here.

Each and every undefeated team at some point in their seasons experience a bit of luck. AND, it's not just luck but also putting yourself into a position to win the close games, or lose, depending on the bounce of the ball...inexperience of being in that type of situation...etc.

I don't think anyone is calling Les a genius but you have to admit that he does have BALLS! He has the balls to call those plays where a more timid coach would not.

Florida may be mediocre this year but they are ALWAYS a dangerous team at home. At least during Meyer's tenure and Spurrier's as well. They have just as many playmakers as we do and more than most other teams. Calling them mediocre is a bit premature until the rest of the season plays out. If they beat USCe they're right back in the thick of it and could be in ATL.

UNC, I'll give you. We took our foot off the gas and let them back in. No way it should have been that close.

Tenn, meh, that one should not have been as close either. There was confusion on both sides of the ball but it looked to me like Les had a plan but I put that one on Crowton. We shouldn't have subbed and should have let Ridley pound it in anyway.

It appears to me that this team is gelling and starting to hit their stride. And you have to admit that they are getting better with each game. With the insertion of Lee, you can see that players are settling down and the ball is starting to be distributed a little better. Although, I'd like to see Shep get more touches.

Now, STFU and go get your shine box!

Thanks mtnhigh, I appreciate the insight. I agree Fla is a tough place to play and it was a huge win for our program. I'll get back on my shinebox in just a minute. I am an LSU Tiger fan, bigger than some not as big as others. I just don't think Les is the guy. Sorry. We'll see how the rest of the season plays out. If they make it to the SECCG I'll order the crow myself!

I wonder why Duke, Miss St, Baylor, Rice, etc never get as "lucky" and wind up in the top ten undefeated?

I still can't believe people think Les did a good job coaching in the Swamp.
