Denard Robinson

I'm not even sure how to respond to this.

Are you arguing that Denard Robinson is all speed and nothing else? And are you under the impression that Michigan runs a purely option read offense?

Not this year.

But I fail to see how that bears any relevance on my point.

60% Lee, 40% Jefferson

I do like when Jefferson goes in the game within the 10 yard line for running the ball to change it up. Not for the whole series, but I don't mind seeing him in there.

And it's a MUST that Lee runs the 2 minute offense, no doubt.

He has 36 touches this year (that's six touches a game.)

He had 5 touches for 5 yards in the Florida game.

wooptie friggin do....percy harvin got like 12-15 a game...doing it all...

But I guess that would be a smart thing to do is give a underachieving Jr QB who should never see the field touches instead of the most highly recruited player in LSU history who has shown if we give him the ball he makes plays...

Brilliant idea AMoss....do you also handle mutual funds?

im EXTREMELY afraid of this...and it could hurt recruiting more athletes like him....

Its kinda like Baseball coaches have learned their lessons with Pitchers who can hit and play the field...They dont say "yeah your going to only pitch here and not hit...then they go to tulane or somewhere else and become all-americans dropping bombs and throwing shutouts...

You guys that want Lee to start: enough already.

Tell me how you know, for a fact, that Lee is ready to shoulder being a full-time starter?

Answer: you don't. And I for a fact, have to say that I don't know that he's not ready. Only the staff knows for sure, and that's why they get paid the big bucks.

The days of questioning the staff's competence are behind us. They obviously do know what they are doing, as evidenced by the QB play in the last two games.

If the staff decides JL should start and get the majority of the snaps, then I will support that decision 100%. Because they made a believer out of me. I didn't think they had it in them to fix either JJ or JL. And I wasn't sure if JJ or JL could be fixed.

I'm manning up and saying I was dead wrong on both counts, and it's high time the rest of you did as well.

maybe Shepard's lack of production isn't their fault.

it is all their fault, he is a zone read QB...and they wont put him there....they put JJ in there for crying out loud...JJ is "suppose to be a passer" (even though he isnt)...I dont think he runs that well...(he's not fluid) and he runs like a damn non-gated horse.

Clearly, this staff has always proven that they know better than the fans.

Why even have a messageboard if we can't voice our opinions? What you said above is like the biggest copout there is.

Uh, to implement something that's going to work better?

Last time I checked he wasnt a bruising RB...
Yes he can throw....and so can shep....

you like to throw words in there to set yourself up as telling the truth but your still wrong...

no thats, not "ALL" they run but it is what they run the majority of the time...Zone read, spread option...

JJ has gotten worse?

where do you get your opinions and "facts". JJ's numbers this year show he has REGRESSED since last season as a qb.

JJ IMPROVED from 111th ranked QB to 108 ranked this week!

HE should play 100% of the snaps!!!! JL isn't even ranked on the list!!!
