Grill both.
With the tuna get your grill to 600+ degrees and grill on each side for 45 seconds. No more.
Cobia, I like to sear it on either side then shut the grill down and let it finish. About 3 minutes depending on thickness.
By the way this is on an Egg. And I cook a filet the same.
