1 lb ground beef
1 can of corn (or 2 if you really like corn
1 can pinto or black beans
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet ranch dressing
1 onion

Dice onion and cook with meat. Add taco seasoning packet and mix well. Add 4-6 cups water, depending how far you need to stretch it. Dump veggies in and cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with chips, sour cream and cheese


This is basically the recipe I use but I use chili beans and as I like corn I use two cans but I don't drain the corn. Rather then adding water I just use the water the corn is packed in.
I love taco soup, it is so easy to make and good on a chilly night.
