Need ideas for Chili Toppings

Having a chili potluck at work tomorrow. My "job" is to bring things to throw on top of the chili.
In addition to cheddar cheese, fritos and onions, what else would the Food and Drink Board suggest?

caramelize some onions and peppers and I bet it is the first empty topping dish.
