See you are feeling pretty gay then. But apparently you understand exclamation points are for emphasis.
Anway what you keep misunderstanding is we have not been bad yet. We had one average 8-5 season which is pretty much muted by the NC the year before. Last year we had an above average 9-4 record. 10 or more wins is a great year. What do you honestly think happens at 7-6 and worse? And the facts to prove it can be seen by looking up other teams recruitng track records. Why do you think teams in prime recruiting grounds like A&M, UCLA, Ole Miss, and Miss St. can't truly get it together lately. It's not rocket science. Do I honestly have to post the entire history of ever teams recruiting to be evidence enough for you?

I wonder if there is a correlation between fans booing and fans leaving early?

yeah dude let's get in a fight in the stadium. Nothing solves the problem like "manning" up because Joe from Plaquemine enjoys booing when Jefferson doesn't throw a touchdown on 1st and 10 from the opponents thirty.

You know how to stop the booing Joe.

Did you just tell the people who are against booing to stop crying? Huh?

The WRs and first team offense wishes they could boo JJ he is a horrible leader. And while Les Miles is protecting his fragile mind, he is raising expectation levels amongst fans that he will coach his team and make substitutions. He brought the boo's on by saying Lee would play, putting him in for a series and putting JJ back in.
For the record, I never have boo'd in my life, but I can't say that people who do are fans. Its frustrating when you watch something you love turn to poo. 4-0 and the offense is poo. We have the best WRs in the nation, highly recruited and a RB (stevan ridley) and O-line that has worked their tail off and deserve average QB play. Don't you morons realize we could compete for a national title? Don't you realize that other 5 star athletes would wanted to come to LSU are thinking twice because of the stagnant offense and terrible coaching? Booing does little to deter recruits, its the program and the stunting of growth of our 5 star recruits,...Rueben Randle is so pissed off right now and so is Russel Shepard,...Miles is a master at recruiting but horrible at coaching, Crowton swallows,...this is an abortion of an offense. Miles does this to himself. These fans made tiger stadium the feared place to play,...you can't say they aren't true fans when they boo,...I remember booing when DiNardo and Mike Archer were coaches. Lsu fans are notoriously unsatisfied, but that what makes them LSU fans,....

Yes, it's pathetic that coaches and admins are whining about booing publicly instead of doing something to not warrant it. Quit being little bitches.

The point is that the notion that our program is trending in the wrong direction hasn't changed our ability to bring in top five talent. You think Ole Miss and MSU are in prime recruiting grounds? Yeah, place another SEC team in Louisiana and then call our situation "prime". Not to mention the fact that LSU is closer to the Gulf Coast then any of those teams and you're not primed for anything on the recruiting front.

would also like to add that, again, even though I don't boo, the people that scorch the booing have to admit at least one thing.
It, for better or worse, has caused an action from the top.
Numbers will always win out. If the booing continues, mark my words....another letter won't solve anything. Something will be done.

Also, for people who claim booing accomplishes nothing, I'm pretty sure the existence of this letter alone disproves that.

What should they do? Alleva should fire a 4-0 coach that has the program in the top ten, has two SEC titles and a NC, and has recruited better than most everyone in the country?
And do all of this by paying him a huge buyout when LSU is in financial ruin with higher education budget cuts?
Yeah dude, you're full of great ideas.
