Never visit this board, but glad I read the last couple pages of this thread. First off, prayers to Doldil. That's tough. Stay strong for her. Coming from a single guy that knows what he wants but can seem to attain it in the timeframe he wants, even through this tough time, be thankful for what you have, and thankful that you have each other.
Anyway, I was bumping 290-300 in college. Was eating horribly and way too much.
Got out of college and quickly got down to 265-270 just because I was out and about working everyday, honestly. That lasted about two years.
Went through a tough stretch last summer in my personal life, and got pretty depressed, so really just never had an appetite for about two months. Sucked, but it did teach me a little about what your body really needs. Got down to around 218 for 9 months or so until this spring. I went back to my old eating habits, and got back up to 230 a couple weeks ago, and decided to start cutting back. Already back down to 223. Feeling better and looking better. It's pretty amazing what that little bit will do. I'm just going to set my goal at 210, because I think I can get there and not change anything really.
So, long story short:
295/223/210
