Yeah 3 biggest changes I made when I hit my goal
- started drinking more
- started eating out more (more social really)
- less intensity in my workouts

I started just going by what the "machine" calories said instead of pushing myself in incline and speed I would coast. That plus me being more social because I looked better ended up with me going out for food and drinks more often. I developed some of the same bad habits I had before. Only instead of fast food and soft drinks it became restaurant food and beer.

I think the first two items won't be a problem for me this time. The last time I lost any substantial weight was when I was 20ish living on a college campus. I did the exact same thing with drinking and just being more social in general. I've had that reality slap me in the face already, so here's hoping I learned my lesson. I'm also married and enjoy being boring and staying at the house these days, which is a big advantage

The last one kind of worries me, but to be honest I'm lifting weights I've never lifted before, and have goals in mind to reach that won't be hit for some time after I've reached my weight loss goals. So I'm hoping that one won't be a problem, but we'll see.
