It's amazing just how tired you get from only a handful of lifts.. but when you do it right, that shite wears you out

Yeh, I like how it requires proper form and full range of motion exercises. I was walking down the stairs at my gym yesterday and almost busted my arse my legs were so wobbly. They'll be back in no time. Some dumbass was scoffing at me while half-squatting twice as much as me.
