335/312.8/275 to start

Losing about a pound a day it seems. Mostly water weight since I just started last week. I know the body is composed of 70ish% of water, and I got a big body
But 12-13 pounds of it?

I know I'm way under on my calorie intake. I think I saw one cal calc that to hit my first goal of 275 I should be consuming ~3575/day but that seems way too high. All I eat a day is a pear for breakfast, 2 small sandwiches for lunch (chicken and turkey, no cheese or mayo etc), and a mesquite chicken plate or a southwest omelette (made with said chicken and some jalapeño peppers and a bit of low fat cheese). Combined with about 5 minutes of jump rope a day then some weight lifting about 3 days a week with some rowing and treadmill to begin and end the workout.

Probably not eating enough. Sounds weird, I know, but it's the truth. Depending on your job, your body may naturally burn anywhere from 15-2000 calories/day doing what you normally do. Factor in exercise and other things and some calcs will give you a high number like that.
I don't know if you should eat that much. But definitely more.

When I first lost my weight I was losing 15-20 pounds a month for the first 3 months then it started coming off slower.
