Put on a little over the weekend. I ate clean yesterday but at more calories than usual. And I didn't work out yesterday so that could be why.
Great workout this morning though.

I do a low carb. Not necessarily on purpose. But I avoid pretty much all bread. Don't really do any rice. I'll do some grains and oats and what not. But most of my carbs are all healthy carbs.
I really love the high protein aspect of my diet.

Hit the 40 pound mark officially this morning. Feels good, man!

Going to hit the gym this week to add in some cardio to the mix instead of just dieting. I'm hoping with the addition of the cardio that maybe I can bust in to the 260's by next monday. I think that may be a bit of a tall order, but we'll see.
