If you can handle carbs, stick with healthy ones. Personally, I find that I struggle to lose weight when I eat carbs. Even if I don't eat much.

Well, it wasn't a great weekend for the 'ol diet. Had my cheat meal Saturday, and left my lunch at home Sunday so I had more jambalaya. But it'll be fine.

I may be able to handle them because of amount of cardio i do

I don't eat a lot of white bread anymore just wheat but my peanut butter sandwich is a gimme twice a week.
