I'm not trying to lose a lot of weight. Have gained a good bit of muscle and now am running a lot more to get down to around that goal here in the next month or so. My runs are averaging around 800 or so calories burned so doing that 4-5 times a week is really getting me down fast. Best I've felt since sophomore year of college.

First gain after a fast. With crawfish today, I'll be up a bit till Tuesday.
