275/197/180.

Was down to 175 at one point but maintained 180-185 for years. Actually gained muscle weight back after a marathon. Looking to lose now!

Down one after a terrible day at the trough:
Cals 2224, carbs 184, sodium 5064. The mystery of the 5and2 plan. Cadfast today. Crawfish tomorrow.

Myth my Spanish ain't too good. Cinco de uno means five of one. Should have written "Uno de Mayo Fest" but I guess it got lost in translation.
