Is it possible I only gained thirty five pounds of water weight and it will all come back off in the next two weeks??

My goal is to get back to about 250 by July. I bought myself a really nice suit that was just a little tight when I was around 255 last August and now I can't wear it at all. Gives me something to work towards. At least I still have my fat(ter) suits.

Hah, I have the same setup (except its two suits, so double the motivation?).

Good to know, I will have to watch how this plays out for me but thanks for the head's up.

No man. You just have to prep. Cooking for a couple hours on a Sunday is generally part of my routine. Cooking is one of my joys. But when we are heading to the folks for Sunday dinner and I have to come home and cook for the week? It can suck. I just ate the remnants of a tri-tip and roasted Brussels sprouts I cooked Sunday morning. Tomorrow is canned mercury thanks to being a half-assed Catholic.

I was thinking about this last night as I'm generally the same way (love to cook, half-assed Catholic). Its easy for me to do right now because I don't mind spending time cooking, but whenever I end up back working 14-16 hr days, its going to become a lot more difficult.
