I'm in the same boat. Doing squats 3 times a week with dead lifts mixed in isn't helping the weight. I'm fricking hungry.

I know that feel. Once you're done with a lower boy workout, it's definitely time for food

True.. my BMR at a healthy weight will probably be right about 2000.
