2 for 2 on the stationary bike so far. My legs are sore and wobbly again today.

Now I need to get back to controlling the mouth.

A few cadfasts to get back into the swing of Atkins and the scale should be moving back in the right direction.

I'm doing a Cadfast today. I did good yesterday. My mind has pretty much gotten back to where it needs to be to do this. Plus the timing is really good, my class is almost over and I'm mostly obligation free for the rest of the year.

Big drop from yesterday, not sure what caused it but I'm not complaining. I'm about ten pounds from my low a couple of months ago. Maybe since I ate bad so long I will lose a lot really quick like I did when I started back in April.
