During one of the commercials of Scona's show I switched over to Condon and he's discussing the quarterback situation. He proceeds to tell this story:

"I talked to a former graduate assistant who was in the room with Les Miles and Jimbo Fisher when they were discussing who they were going to give scholarships too. Fisher and a couple of other coaches mention Jefferson and mention that a scholarship should be offered but for slot, H-back, but he will NOT be a QB at the college level.
Les' response? Jefferson will be my quarterback."

And he we are, the entire fan base clamoring for Lee to get in yet wondering why he is not given a shot after being touted as highly improved and seeing his dedication by dropping weight and sticking to the program. No link, heard it on the radio. Go ahead and discuss and flame away.

So what you are saying is that Miles wants to prove to Jimbo that he knows better ...great...

That doesn't pass the bullshite test because I can't really see him being a slot or an h back, neither of which are really similar positions anyway which makes it sound even more like bullshite.

I don't believe for one minute that Miles said this:

quote:

if the grad assistant had said Miles said something like....

worwbfberwqgrj

I could believe THAT.
