Are very good. Liked the smokey flavor very much and the ribs had a ton of meat on them.

The baked beans were the best I've ever had and the mac and cheese was also very good.

Had bread pudding as a dessert and it was ok. Thought it had too much rum in the sauce.

Overall it was very good. Service was ok (not bad but not great either) but it was crowded so I could understand that.

Were you there early tonight, sitting just to the left of the door? We ate there tonight for the first time, thought it was great, I had the sidewalk burger which is now on my short list of best burgers in town, wife had the pulled pork sandwhich which was awesome, split 1/2 dozen tamales which were pretty good too. Baked beans were, (please excuse the expression) "off the hook", I liked the barb q sauce thought it was sweet but not overboard, our service was very spotty but adequate. I will be back

I agree, the ribs are very good, all the sides too. Service is spotty on Friday night crowds, but I give them a pass as long as its reasonable. I'm just glad to see a locally owned place do so well. If everyone supported the local guys you'd still be open.

What would still be open?

I haven't been here in awhile. What else besides the ribs and burger?

God, it really has been a long time since I've spent time in B.R. Never heard of the place.

With kids next to the older people table? In the center I remember an older group table, a couple with kids, then a younger couple.

No kids, table right in front as you walk in, we are both in our late 30's so not too old, I was the fat guy wearing a white LSU polo and shorts, wife is thin (I married up) red shirt and shorts, there was an older couple to the right of us with someone in a wheelchair
