This is a true puzzle. I think CLM needs to get even more control over the offense and turn what remains of GC's tenure into a spectator role. GC seems to have too much say-so over what our offense is or is not doing, and that is clearly not working.

Agreed. I believe from what I have seen so far that LSU can pull out of the offensive tailspin we've witnessed these last 2 seasons. Last year, OL was a problem, not this year. So play calling is a bigger issue than it looked to be last season when the OL weaknesses kind of hid that fact. Now it's out in the open and can be dealt with. Am hoping that's what CLM is doing as he now has that playbook in hand along the sidelines.
