I wont comment on the game, as there is nothing really left to rehash there.

I just wanted to pop in and see if anyone was willing to admit that there were roughly the same number of UNC fans at this game as there were LSU fans. I got laughed out of here last week for suggesting such.

By my visual calculation from last night...

LSU- 30,000
UNC - 27,500
Neutral 5,000
Empty -8,000

Would also be interesting to know how many of our more fare weather fans bailed 24 hours before gametime due to the news.

Good win Tigers, I had good encounters and discussions with many of you even though I know you were pissed about how things played out in the end. My only negative comment is that the "Tiiiiiger Baaaiiiit" pre-game taunting is one of the more obnoxious and lame things I've ever heard from opposing fans. It seems to only come from girls and younger fans which makes it even more annoying. I almost spit in one chicks face but thankfully held out at the last minute.

Good luck the rest of the way.

I heard UNC was well-represented in Atlanta. I don't know this first hand but I believe it, and it sounded like it watching on TV.

You should be proud of your football team. They battled like hell.

You should come to a LSU home game and see how much you get Tiger Baited.

But most of the time it is as bad as you make it. If you laugh it off the fans are pretty cordial about it. If you show your arse, they will show theirs pretty quick.

NC deserves a lot of credit for playing their hearts out. Good game.

Tiger Bait should not get to you. Consider "How 'bout them dogs?"

The lower deck was about 50/50
The middle deck was about 60/40 LSU
And the upper terrace was about 70/30 LSU

Yall had a TON of empty seats in the upper deck for some reason while ours was pretty full.

I'd say:
30,000 LSU
25,000 UNC
5,000 neutral
8,000 empty

It amazes me how this chant gets under opponents skin.

randywest, totally agree with you about the spitting ... except mine differs as to when I saw some of your 'coeds' I felt like spitting at them ... but good luck on on the rest of the season.
