To his credit, Neymar scored in the first minute of his game this week. We should also add 15 points for rejecting Chelsea.

Are you surprised? When you hang out third tier leagues and third tier players too long you start becoming one. He had his chance and he blew it.

chelsea hasn't done shite with developing young players. they have to be plucked mid-career to contribute. he would have been neglected on chelsea's bench, or even more likely, their reserves side.

By all accounts, Neymar is still the most promising and talented teenager on the planet.

No, he's not. He turned down Chelsea, he will amount to nothing now.

It's over, Neymar is finished.

I stand corrected. I apologize for insinuating that because a potentially world class player spurned a transfer to the fourth most successful English club, he does not lose his incredible talent.

Clearly you and Autig don't see eye to eye.

Barcelona and Man U are the only clubs that even come close to Chelsea.

As in Chelsea is still more succesful.

You guys can keep living in the 20th century all you want. I know it's all you have left now that the Blues rule England. But hey Liverpool those titles back in the 70s were nice, Bill Shankly was a heck of a gaffer. Arsenal, you guys didn't lose a game 8 years ago. Impressive. Now if we could just get United to fall back to irrelevance as well...

So are you discounting the titles Arsenal and United won in the 21st Century? Are you saying that United, Arsenal, and Liverpool are less successful clubs because they didn't win a domestic double in 2009-2010?

The win last year prevented man utd from winning a record 4th straight title.. hardly call that "blues rule England"

Neymar not moving to Chelsea this early in his career would probably be the best move. It's not as if Roman has a lot of patience with young players.
