Up to almost 28,000 again last fall. Indications are that enrollment should be up this fall also. Mostly because they are admitted anyone with a pulse and a means to pay tuition.

Which brings up the point, if you are from out-of-state and you kid is smart enough to get in to better schools, why would you send them to LSU? Certainly whatever state you are in, other than mabe MS, there has to be better in-state schools that would be cheaper or at least on par.
