Yes you will. You have to have it on you I was always told. Might be different now that game wardens have a computer database and check it but the way it used to be you get the ticket if you don't have it on you.
Got stopped a couple years ago while squirrel hunting on Kisatche. I had mine license, but my buddy forgot his. They checked our limits and called his in and confirmed his license and let us go. Idk if this is normal procedure or not.

yes that is, having your license on you is not that big of a deal anymore......always use id to check now a days

Last year in Venice - went out for a mid-July trip. Called and got my license renewed and wrote the number down on my '08 license.
2 hours later the wardens paid a visit. First time in about 20 years of fishing I've needed to show my license.
