Ryan, really want advice?
Work on speed and let your body grow into itself.
A. You've got great speed and quickness for a young kid. However, you can never be too fast. Work on burst (10 - 20 yd sprints and various jumps), explosion lifts (cleans and jumps), and lateral quickness (various cone drills).
Also, stay flexible...work on yoga drills. I'm serious, the best way to remain quick and injury free is to stay as flexible as possible. Yoga will help immensely.
B. Many high school players make the mistake of trying to bulk up by heavy weight lifting and protein shakes way to early in life. You need to let your bones and muscles grow to their potential. Adding a lot of weight and stressing the body with heavy weights will stunt your height. It'll also make you slow. Do not want, the taller the better (college coaches will see that as potential).
I know there's the argument that adding pure muscle is optimal, but you're still way too young for that.
I tell you this because height and speed are the two things that you can't really teach. However, you can take the proper steps when young to max each characteristic and it will help.
I hope you make it down to LSU, we could use your passion for the game.
Oh yeah, SlowFlowPro - get bent. Way to f*cking pigeonhole a young energetic player after watching a few minutes of film. Dude's still a kid and oozes potential...arrogant prick. There's NO way to determine this kid's limit this early in his career.
