I was gonna tell you to play around with the Mocha tracker that comes with AE. You can get pretty awesome results.

When BDV and I were talking a few months back, I was doing a few tutorials with Mocha but could stand to use a few more I want to finish up that train gif I showed you and make one of my own soon.
