Am I overlooking D'haquille Williams? Other thing that stands out is that Kenny Hilliard is pretty high and the fact that Rasco is on the outside of the big group, though many people debate where he belongs anyhow.

of note, rivals said Floyd Raven (this year's version of Claiborne/mathieu) would end up a 4 star and renaldo thomas didn't make the top 40.
