I been up since the first game yesterday. Got drunk watchimg games. Hung out. Went to work and got drunk. Smashed some strange. Now back at home and all I have to drink is heiny's and whiskey. Looks like I don't have a choice.

i think people are still high on the last generation of nigerian players, who dominated the international press for african teams (even though camaroon was just as good)

even then, they didn't really do much in teh world cup

for some reason that 96 gold medal game was memorable for me, prob cause it was in atlanta, was a big upset at the time. not seeing the same result here though, early

Annoying. What's the purpose of them? (I haven't really followed soccer since my kid quit playing select a few years ago)
