I actually have to agree with that assessment.

If you want examples, look where Florida State and Miami are now as opposed to before they spurned the SEC in favor of the ACC.

Both schools thought they would prosper and dominate in a conference with lesser competition in it than that of the SEC. Both were dead wrong.

If Texas goes to the Pac10 and TAMU comes to the SEC, it's not unthinkable that the Aggies could turn the tables on the Horns. It already happened once before.

The more I read about Texas the less I want them in the SEC. Reading other schools' opinions of Texas and how the Longhorns' arrogance and greed destroyed not one, but two conferences makes me hope Slive and the rest of the SEC say NO TO BURNT ORANGE!

I hope the SEC looks beyond the short term benefits that the Horns would bring to our conference and not let Texas ruin yet another league.
