the standard is, and has been for years, what a reasonably well run ath dept and it's staff SHOULD know about. Ignorance or false ignorance is not an excuse.

I can't believe what a liar No Pete is. We saw it with the Sanchez deal but this is just blatant. What a bag of shite. Of course Kiffy is acting like no biggie.
