Yea it is a dick move, but the fact is if he does not want to be signed then in the long run it wont matter because it was his decision that invoked this pick.

Now, if he gets hurt on the first play and never earns a dime that would just suck balls for all involved.

He'll have an insurance policy for around the amt of a first round player would get. So not all is lost if he does get injured.

What do you not understand? The Dodgers possibly drafted a kid that is possibly worth millions of dollars knowing they wont sign him while another team would have come up with the money he is asking. Pretty dick and selfish imo.
