Yeah, glad to see you played better out there man. I am a little disappointed you won't be getting that boat though.....

ETA: I dont even want to think about where you hit it OB on that course! That shite will stay in my head....

Well they made the hazards on number 1 and 2 (right of the fairway) OB. That area is usually played as a lateral hazard ... Pushed both drives right on holes 1 and 2.. Missed two fairway in two rounds and those were the two. Actually had a pretty clear shot to the pin with a good lie on number 2 but the ball was OB.

I wonder how they set up the course today because there was a ton of under par rounds.

Oh - I was pretty spot on with me prediction about Santa Maria. 19 under won ..

I'm sorry I asked!

The course was actually set up about the same today - with a couple of tees a set back a set actually. Probably the longest it's played yet, but I think the combination of early tee times and players getting familiar with the grainy greens (*cough cough) is helping scores just a touch....

I can tell you 10 years ago Boo Weekley and Heath Slocum played in the 3 man at Bogalusa. 30k in calcutta last year with only 4 flights.

LSU311...What was the final tally on the calcutta this year. I didn't add it exact, but it looked like it was around 45k?

It was a fun tourney....greens were very good. Just wish we would have done a little better in the calcutta

The Bradley has 80k to 100k in its calcutta, granted there are 12 flights I think

Yeah, I've heard the calcutta there is great. I'm trying to get in this year. Hopefully, there will be room. We've already sent in our entry.

The Bogalusa tourney had 4 flights. 1st flight went for 17k alone.

Thanks man...it was fun. Looks like i'll have to miss the 2 man this year. Wife and I's anniversary that weekend. Wouldn't be that big of a deal, but this weekend was her birthday. Can't miss both

I am still trying to figure out how a player of your caliber hit the ball there! I am assuming you actually meant #10-11, that makes more sense....

I can hit it in spots that would make you blush

But you are right I meant holes 10 and 11. I teed off on the back nine the first day and that has me all messed up.

no worries, we've all done it!

I kinda figured that had to be the holes you were talking about....although I thought the drive opening on #1 was one of the toughest on the whole course right outta the gate

Just watched "A Caddy for Life" I believe was the name of the show on the golf channel about Bruce Edwards. What a great documentary, I really enjoyed the program Watson is also my favorite golfer. I recommend it for golf fans out there
