This is how I started. It provides a great schedule for students. They can come in and work 3-4 hours a day.
However, the company I worked for never grew large enough to necessitate a full time accountant. The company was capable of paying me half of what they would pay an experienced bookkeeper.
The only thing he asked me was to give him a couple of months notice when I graduated and decided to leave, so I could train a new hire.
