WTF is this shite? They replaced the Redbox I always use at the grocery store with this. It was out of order, so I didn't get to check it out...how much are movies and how long do you get them? Anyone know?

Pretty much the same deal as redbox. $1 per day. I think they have bluray though.

They have just as many movies as the Red Box, they cost a dollar a day, and that is about all you need to know.

Why does it make you so MAD? Was it because it was out of order? Red Boxes are out of order from time to time, too...

Yeah, $1 per day for DVD and $2 for bluray. Almost the same setup as redbox, I think you can order online as well.

Thanks guys! I wasn't mad, I'm just so used to Redbox and I figured Blockbuster was gonna try and charge me more...

They are setting them up near blockbusters, wonder how that will affect their store sales.

I've noticed that they generally have older movies. The Day the Earth Stood Still was in there for exapmle. (The crappy new one, not the good 1950 original)

Also, they seem to get new releases available quicker. (Redbox made some deals with the movie makers and agreed to not rent their new releases out for a couple of weeks after release.)

Yeah I have been wanting to take advantage of the Blu Ray option, but they haven't stocked the machine by my house with them yet.

Probably because at the height of its prosperity, Blockbuster ruthlessly gouged its customers. Seeing the company spiraling to its death was awesome.

Blockbuster needs to lay down and die already. It's obvious the public uses redbox/netflix/on demand more than going to the damn store to pay overpriced charges.
