So sad to hear this. I remember Jesse when I was at LSU and he was a very kind, thoughtful man. RIP Jesse.

he didn't play long and back then the stars made all the money, I work with a guy who played for the Raiders in the 80's and he certainly isn't rich from playing ball.

Great high school player the guy played running back, db and was the kicker for H.L.B., he kicked the winning fg against Thibodaux high back in 1977 i think it was about 40 yards, just a great football player RIP

Jesse led LSU in rushing for two years. 1980 and 1981. That was right before Dalton Hilliard made it to LSU.

Note: In an NFL playoff game (1983-84), between Seattle Seahawks and the Denver Broncos .......
Broncos before the end of the first quarter had a Jesse Myles' 13-yard touchdown reception from Steve DeBerg. That was the only score by Denver that day.
