BBQ question for the Denham/Watson peeps.

There's a place in a strip mall right before you get to the red light by Story's Grocery that just has "BBQ" on the facade. No name or phone number... nothing, just "BBQ." I'm wondering if it's any good?

Nah, Hi-Ho is further up the road by HWY 64 and should NEVER be considered a BBQ joint. The place gets raves reviews and I get that, but I thought it was one of the most awful things I've ever eaten. I even knew not to expect real BBQ. The meat was dry as hell and the sauce is just terrible.

This place is called BBQ and Pizza. It's actually really good. The only thing though it isn't open on the weekends.

If it's the one on Hwy 16 near the Dollar General, my brother-in-law says it's really good. I haven't tried it myself, so I'm not sure what they have.

We went there last week. Ribs were OK ... chicken and pork were dry, and I'm not a fan of their sauce. I don't see myself going back.

It was just called BBQ & Pizza but I got a takeout menu once and I'm pretty sure they called it Firehouse BBQ...Anyways I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was...

They took the "and Pizza" out of the equation. I have had the brisket and the ribs and both were better than most I have had around the area (not saying much, I know).
Oh--and Hi-Ho? x10 I was sorely, sorely disappointed with the weak sauce (even though I asked for heavy)and cold meat.
