Then please explain why TH won't be a first 3 round pick? He's obviously the fastest guy in the combine and according to you, size doesn't mean anything.

TH can have a serviceable career in the NFL like Gerald "Ice Cube" McNeil
The Ice Cube was a wide receiver who often returned punts and kickoffs. McNeil was 5'7 and 145 lb. He was difficult to get a hold off thus the nickname "The Ice Cube".
McNeil went to Baylor, where he set several reception records. McNeil was an exciting athlete to watch during his career in the 1980s. He was drafted in 2nd Rd 1986 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns. McNeil played four seasons with Cleveland, then Houston Oilers. He made 1 Pro Bowl too.
