Is there another college team you pull for besides LSU.. and why??

Don't get me wrong, I have loved LSU since birth and always will, no matter what. No other team compares to them. But for the past few years I have been enjoying going to 1 game a year with my great uncle in Hattiesburg. I always pick a game when Southern Miss plays a pretty decent school, Nebraska, Cal, NC State, last year Virginia and when LSU doesn't have a big home game. Small town atmosphere and they let the kids on the field before the players run out. Expectations is just trying to win their conference and make the top 25. I can't wait until we play them next year as my whole family will be there. I hope LSU treats their team rudely though and beats them by 30. But, its nice to cheer for another team in another league sometimes.

UNC, but mainly basketball although I do try to follow the football as well (but don't worry, I hope LSU rams they're dicks into the ground next year). Don't know why, but I just liked them when I was younger.
And also ULM.
But no other big schools.

Florida State.. if it doesn't effect LSU (which it rarely does). I pulled for them a lot growing up and took a visit before I decided on LSU.

No big schools but a ULM fan. Grew up an LSU from birth but when ULM through the scholly out there the mom stepped in and made that decision.

LSU- First and foremost
Ga Southern is the other team I pull for. Living in GA the out of state tution for LSU would have been brutal so I stayed in state and went there. But my first love is and always will be LSU.

There are plenty of fans like me that grew up around Baton Rouge with LSU in their blood and then enrolled at another university. We have LSU as our true team and casually pull for our alma mater.

Every year, there is a team that I don't mind watching for some reason, but no, I don't pull for any other teams. I guess if the Tigers needed help like in '07 to get to the NC game, I would hope or "pull" for another team to get LSU in.

Michigan State . . . my wife is an alum.
Univ. of Michigan . . . my father-in-law is a former player and alum.
The good news is my sister-in-law is an USC alum and knows there's no frickin' way in hell I'd pull for them.

I grew up in Pensacola and was an FSU fan when I was a kid in the '60s ("Tinsi to Biletnikoff for six"), but for the past 25 years or so my "other" team has been Louisville. After completing my MA at LSU, I taught at UL for four years and still follow the Cards closely, in both football and basketball.

Kansas...I went to grad school there. I also live in Kansas (right outside of K-State, though).
I generally root for teams to win games that benefit LSU or KU. If it came between LSU and KU, I generally always pull for LSU...unless KU had a really good basketball team and LSU stood no chance at doing anything at all special (kinda like it is now) with their basketball team...I'd prolly root for KU.
