I don't think its a commitable offer to be honest. Recruits get confused with those all the time. If he really does have a offer...it seems like a Ron Cooper offer to me. He seems to like those type of guys in his history. You'd have to think Jabriel Washington is our main target at CB right now.

That was the only thing I was a little worried about with the Cooper hire. He did a lot with guys that were 'missing' something when they were being recruited. Either a shorter prospect, or slower, or not the best hips, etc. and turned them into solid SEC performers....
But LSU and USCe are on two different platforms IMO as far as who we can go after and land. I hope that he doesn't lower standards at all just because he has had similar success in the past with the 'misfit' players.
Did that make any sense?
ETA: I am not accusing Cooper of doing this, but it is something in the back of my mind. We will see what this 2011 secondary class looks like before we make any judgements there.
