Good explanation. I was talking more about on Rivals/Scout. You can Google Paul Turner Scout and he doesn't even come up. You have to go to Scout and enter his name to find a profile. Atleast they have a picture, Rivals doesn't have anything on him except Moo State as medium interest.

Sometimes there just isn't a real explanation to some of the recruiting anomalies. Turner looks like just as good, if not better of a prospect, as DJ Banks did at the same time in their careers, yet Banks was blowing up on the services, and Turner has not.
Hopefully for Turner, he will be a late riser, unlike Banks who fell off the cliff (Tulane got a great player though).
