It's really not, those guys that hang out at gas stations and sell the really really cheap shirts are the ones I'm talking about (not Storyville and similar shops that are quality). They go from region to region and sell knockoff shirts to the bandwagon fans in regions that just won championships. From what I hear, they make a killing, too.
