remodel his shack ?

Not much there to remodel. But with out a doubt great hot dogs. Best this side of Chicago many will tell you..

Al started selling out of a cart in downtown many years ago..

He's a great guy and quite an accomplished blues musician

Used to go to Chicago Al's a good bit, lived in The Woodlands right up street. His wife was always manning the fort.

I love Chicago dogs, but some friends and family, think them to be a bit too much.

Man, I like Wienerschnitzel. It's a fast food hot dog and you shouldn't expect more out of it, but I love their chili.

All my friends hate it, but frick em.

The b-quick on perkins has the best hot dogs in BR, hands down.

Not joking at all, they are seriously good.

Backyard burger dog is ok, but they use their usual chili which has beans. Good in chili on its own, but not my preference on a hot dog. B-Quik is an unreasonably good choice.

While I am truly flattered, I suck at the guitar.

Guess the remodel is still ongoing.

I'm going to buy him a 12 yard load of limestone. I love the place but last time I was there I sat in the drive through and read three sections of the paper before I got to the window.

Seems like he has added to his menu(at least I don't remember these)
Al's Italian Pasta Salad
Corn roll Tamale
Italian Beef Poboy(mound of thinly sliced roast beef on gonnella bread with au gus, sauteed onions, bell pepper and parmesan cheese)
Italian Beef Combo...add italian sausage
Italian Meatball poboy.
Italian Sausage Poboy

GEE...you need to try the Italian Beef poboy and rate

Lucky Dogs! I don't know if anyone sells them here, but when you are drinking, it doesn't get any better than a Lucky Dog!

It also has something to do with the time you eat a Lucky Dog...They seem better after 2:30 a.m. The one I had after the last national championship game is one I will remember for the rest of my life. I believe the correct time was 2:45 a.m.
