Saw something about this on rivals. Something to do with Brandon Worle.. Anyone have more on this?

This guy is a beast and a half. This would be a huge get for LSU.

This kids tape is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Really quick first step. Plays with good pad level. A mean streak and finishes with a thump. I read Worle is his best friend. Hope that with the fact that its LSU and we need dt's could be tempting. Could be our signing day

I think LSU lands Copeland, and I hope Chavis at least considers him at MLB.

Looks incredibly fast with a great first step. He really doesn't look 265 to me though. I would think 250 at best.

Do we know for sure he is visiting this weekend or was it just a rumor?

Per LSU Beat:
Miles was in LaGrange, Ga., last week to see commitment Brandon Worle, the No. 5 fullback in the nation out of Troup County High, when he basically bumped into Troup County defensive end J.C. Copeland. Next thing you know, Miles watched some film of Copeland, spoke to him, and Copeland decided to visit LSU and was in town this weekend.
Copeland committed to Tennessee on Jan. 15 — the day coach Derek Dooley was hired — but has an interest in LSU. He canceled a scheduled visit to South Carolina this weekend to come to Baton Rouge. Copeland (6-foot-2, 240) is the No. 17-ranked defensive end in the nation, according to Rivals.com, but LSU is looking at him as a defensive tackle as well as his weight is well over his listed 240.
"They have a good shot at Copeland," Sonny Shipp of Scout.com said Saturday. "If they offer, they could get him."
Miles is scrambling at defensive tackle as he has only one committed in Dexter Blackmon (6-2, 265) of Selma, Ala., and Blackmon is not fully qualified academically. He is also only ranked No. 71 in the nation. Blackmon is taking his official visit to LSU this weekend as well.
Miles lost a defensive tackle commitment last week when Cassius Marsh, who is ranked No. 4 at his position in the nation out of Westlake Village, Calif., de-committed from LSU and pledged to UCLA.
Also visiting LSU on this final weekend is defensive tackle Brandon Jackson (6-4, 252) of Evangel Christian Academy. Jackson is No. 66 in the nation at his position and is already committed to Texas A&M.
"Defensive tackle is very important to this class," Shipp said.

I really hope we get him. Hopefully B Worle will talk him into coming. We would we here anything about him, and Kadron? Today maybe?
