Did anyone heaar what they said about Jim Henderson fg call this morning? Someone said they called him "unprofessional". Can anyone let me know if it's true?

No Greenie stated that some had called it a little too emotional, but that he loved the call.

for all of the Saints faults over the years, Henderson isn't one of them. He's one of the best in the business.

I think Golic said it was a little over the top but under the circumstances, the call was great

mike and mike can take a long walk off a very short pier overlooking the marianas trench....

for all the shite games that jim henderson has had to call, it's about time he had something really great to talk about...

That's dumb. Every team's radio guys do that, college and pro. People are really trying hard to find something to bitch about.

On No They Didn't!!

I don't usually care about national media pukes or their opinions, but if they start bashing Jim Henderson...I may throw a honest-to-God hissy fit.

I wonder what they think of that Vikings radio call of the Favre INT.

they played both calls, said they were both good, they said each call perfectly showed the difference of feeling in victory and defeat

I thought Henderson's call was brilliant, much in the spirit of Herbert Morrison ("Oh, the humanity!")

I didn't hear M&M diss the call, at least not in the first two hours. They thought it was great.

Greenberg said that although some could argue it was a little too much "homerism," he loved the call. Golic agreed that it was awesome.
