Different rankings. these are based on the likliehood of an elite team going undefeated with the subject teams's schedule (including bowl games). If you read the original post, it states this assumption pretty clearly.
Here is the actual link. The rankings are a final rankings but the SOS portion you can figure out for yourself, they pan out as listed in my original post.
