28 x 4 = 112 that's still more than the 85 schollies allotted by the NCAA. I'd say no handicapping. Historically, SEC schools sign more than any other conferences anyway. You can thank Ole Miss for the cap. 35 kids signed last year raised a lot of eyebrows.

True, but I think Bama kicked this thing off in or around 2008 when they signed 32.
