I consider Miles to be an average coach at best. His overall record says otherwise, but I believe this is due more to him being in the right place at the right time.

The 2006 team may be the most talented LSU team ever assembled. There were 6 first rounders on that team, 3 of whom went in the top 6 in the draft. Jamarcus Russell, Laron Landry, Dwayne Bowe, Craig Davis, Glenn Dorsey and Tyson Jackson. The 2007 team was also very talented and loaded with Senior leadership.

Now that the current roster is filled with Les' guys and Les' coaches, the results aren't so good anymore are they?

The bloom is off the Les Miles rose, and it will only get worse.

this, you are only as good as the staff that supports you. as a manager of 25+ engineers and designers, if they don't do their job well, then it reflects on me. hire good staff, the results will be good.
