Said he didn't agree with what Leach did, but still says it wasn't harmful to James

Let me pick out important facts buried in that article

quote:

Adam James... was monitored by two trainers at all times.

quote:

Pincock said in the statement. "While in the garage, Adam was walking around, eating ice, sitting on the ground, and, at one point, sleeping; at no point was there any enforcement to make Adam stand up."

This is the same F#ucked up network that made a big deal about the Junction Boys of A&M. shite, if Bear Bryant were alive today, he'd be a drunk at the VFW hall because nobody would tolerate that kind of manly bitch-slapping that this society needs. Ohhh, my son spent 2 hours in an air conditioned media room eating ice chips. The phucking horror of it all! Craig James needs to grow some hair on his arse.

I think it's interesting the affidavits were signed before Leach released the "statements". Makes me wonder if Leach even knew about the affidavits before he started talking. The affidavits make Leach look like a liar regardless of whether you agree or disagree with the treatment of James.

Also, whether Craig James or the boy were pains in the asses, is wholly irrelevant to Leach's actions. The only relevant issue is the concussion and the fact that the kid couldn't practice. Leach initially defended his actions as those to protect the boy, basically. That was working out well, so now, Leach is trying to cloud the story with something else. He's trashing Craig in his defense, which is a stupid comeback, true or not. Trashing the kid isn't going to help him either. A judge or jury is going to say putting him in a dark room with no windows and nothing to sit on is stupid. Any doctor will say it's not wise. Kid could have walked around and gotten dizzy or disoriented and fallen down, for example.

Leach's atty should have shut up and told Leach to shut up. Grave is getting dug deeper every time one of them opens his mouth, from a legal standpoint.

Doesn't matter if the public thinks this was a no big deal thing. The facts are the facts and no doctor is going to testify that this was a recommended action. He'll get no experts on his side.

Trainer is just covering his arse. This thing with Tech and Leach is simply a contract dispute.
